FBA Operations & Inventory Management
Pelz Gear supports Amazon's operations by helping sellers manage FBA shipments, inventory tracking, fulfillment issues, shipment follow-ups, stranded inventory, removal orders, and inventory reconciliation. This service matters because Amazon growth isn't only about ads and listings. Sellers also need their products to be properly received, available, buyable, and moving through the fulfillment process without unnecessary delays or account issues.

Forecasting
Use recent SKU-level sales, available and inbound stock, seasonality, lead times, and warehouse availability to prepare replenishment recommendations for approval. Usual inventory holiday requests prioritize the top 5–10 sellers over the previous 90 days. Forecasts guide ordering; they are not guaranteed demand.
Shipments
Coordinate approved FBA restocking quantities, packing slips, shipment labels, and warehouse handoffs. Track shipped versus received units and follow up when receiving is incomplete.
Inventory Reconciliation
Compare shipment quantities, receiving records, inventory balances, and supporting documents to identify missing or inconsistent units.
Prepare packing slips and evidence for Amazon investigation, then record the decision and any adjustment. A task marked complete does not, by itself, prove reimbursement.
Troubleshooting
Investigate stranded or unfulfillable inventory, receiving delays, shipment blocks, and removal issues. Check the specific SKU, dimensions, listing eligibility, and supporting records; then coordinate the correction and Amazon follow-up.
